Labor Law No. 14 of 2025 at a glance

  • 3 May 2025 — Labor Law No. 14 of 2025 published in the Official Gazette, replacing Labor Law No. 12 of 2003.
  • 1 September 2025 — the new law entered into force.
  • 1 October 2025 — specialised labour courts under the new law began operating.
